Trade Ally means a lot of things which include:

  • That we promote and support the sales and installation of approved energy-efficiency equipment and renewable energy systems
  • Install appropriate equipment and measures to EnergyTrust program requirements and technical standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist the customer with EnergyTrust cash incentive applications and state and federal tax credit paperwork
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve our understanding of energy efficiency and renewable technologies and installation techniques
  • Complete and submit all required applications and addendum forms
  • Hold all required licences. including Oregon Construction Contractors Board license. if applicable
  • Maintain Trade Ally membership documents, including adequate insurance coverage and certifications
  • Enroll a minimum number of projects per calendar year

We use state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to test and evaluate all components of your home, including:

  • Exterior inspection—Inspect for moisture problems, proper attic and crawl space ventilation and window inefficiencies
  • Interior inspection—Inspect for indoor moisture problems, proper room ventilation, air leaks and insulation levels
  • Attic inspection—Inspect insulation levels and ventilation
  • Crawl space and basement inspection—Inspect for moisture problems, insulation levels and air sealing
  • Diagnostic testing for combustion safety—Test for efficiency and any natural gas leaks or gaseous toxin levels
  • Blower Door test—Measure volume of air leaking from your home and helps identify locations of leaks
  • Duct Blaster test—Measure volume of air leaking from your ducts and helps identify leaks
